About School
History
The history of our school can be traced to the year 1988. The institution was setup in July 1988 as Guru Harkrishan Public School. It was founded by Sirdar Suhel Singh, a visionary and social worker with other founding members having rich experience in the Indian system of education. The school was conceptualized and planned to meet the requirements of locals to provide them with best education.
The school is affiliated to CBSE board and our goal is to prepare our students for all round development. Our Facilities include both indoor and outdoor playgrounds, Basketball court, quality labs like physics, chemistry, Biology etc.
GHPS believes that each student is unique and special. Our programs are designed to provide the best education for each individual child and include training to develop leadership, cooperative learning skills, moral values and self esteem.

Our school started with the Mission to provide quality education and service. Guru Harkrishan Public School is a progressive institution that has realized this vision to a great extent. With well-qualified, experienced, talented and dedicated teachers in an environment conducive to learning–and with facilities within the school and in the neighborhood that put children within reach of a variety of experiences –the school has been able to provide a foundation for further education and training which will clearly benefit our students in their future professional pursuits.
